What's up?! I don't think anyone here really knows me but hey...

I probably should have done this awhile ago. I just finally decided to invest some serious dollars into my project so it should be cool to see this happen as it goes.

Removing a bunch of wiring from a harness that I eventually gave to Crockett.

Shift knob I made that is horrible. It's too heavy and can cause a mis-shift at will haha!

Bad as hell. For those of you who don't know Kelly (KBanks), he's a pretty talented car builder, and ain't a bad driver, either. ;)

Although, you people spend WAY too much time / effort removing sound deadening. It's not that heavy - I'd just leave it there and coat the whole interior in bedliner. :)

Haha what's up Greg! Other way around though, I suck at building cars but I'm a driver first. The only reason I'm doing any of this is because it saves a little bit you know. Wish i could just hand some cash to ASD and have a car just done.

The car is staying two tone but I'm adding in White and Gold as theme colors. I'm not exactly sure how it's going to turn out but I have a loose plan. It's gonna go on a huge diet however as my engine plans are really unclear. Power to weight in the name of the game and I have no idea what my power will be so I better just make it light.

Most definitely.

I'm about to embark on a long journey aka. trying to acquire Rocket Bunny aero. It seems like my only option is to buy the stuff and send it to a friend in Japan and he can bring it over with his other stuff when he moves back to the states. $1,900 dollars worth of s*** is going to cost me $2,200 in shipping!!!!! F' that!

NA forever, maybe. I've got some Webber DCOE side drafts on order and talking to Brian Crower about 12:1 compression pistons. We'll have to see what happens. I'm picking up the front sump pan tonight.

WERD WERD AND MORE WERD. on a more serious note. i dont really understandthe whole idea behind the "ITB setup" what are some benefits and some downfalls. (if this seems like a thread jack just tell me to shutup and post somewhere else lol)

Yeah so, this entire idea is completely asinine. The engine would be way more efficient with EFI.

It's going to be loud and look good so pretty much everything I care about is covered

Sure, ITB's are a step backwards.

But they're so damn cool. :)

Currently I have JIC FLT-A2s, some unknown RUCA's and tension rods, modded knuckles and modified SPL tie rod ends on Z32 inners. It's been enough up to this point but I'm needing a little bit more now. I'm going to fabricate all my own arms to allow for maximum lowness at some point in time. Until I can do that the way I want, I'm just going to run SPL stuff. I have their rear toe control arms and they're friggin beefy as all hell. Needless to say I'm very happy with the quality of their parts.

I also need to find some new coilovers. I did some research (not much though) and it looks like if I want my JIC's rebuilt, I have to send them to Japan! I might do this once to make sure they're tip top but afterward I would just keep them around as spares. I have access to some pretty knowledgeable people at work so I might have some custom units built, but that's a long shot.

Need to get the manifolds done and theoretically it should start. Probably going to tear it apart and refresh the engine first though.

Haha I drive an IS300 and I don't see why anyone would upgrade to an N/A one, but in such a light car I guess it makes sense. Good luck!
