Has any one seen the big cabbed nissan trucks ? I don't know what they are called but they look like they have a sleeper on the back of the cab ??!!!?? does any one know what I'm talkin about ???

I saw a full size dodge for sale a while back with: crew cab, longbed, with a sleeper cab on the back of the crew cab. It was crazy long.
