The best turbo

Within the next few days I will be buying a turbo and I want to make sure the best one is purchased for my goals.I would like to see between 400-425whp on 93octane. My set up now is basic bolt-ons w/hks264 step 1 cams and topspeed intake manifold, msd 72lbs injectors and enjuku t3 fab kit minus the turbo and I am using power fc to tune. I saw this turbo at cheapturbos.com for 619.00 But I dont know if it is 2 big.

You might be able to do it w/ that turbo but that manifold is going to make it difficult for you - you'll be running higher PSI's than you'd need to with a peak boost/full race/ect.
