Those who hyper mile crack me up. Seriously you shut your car off at lights to save what two drops. Just buy a 5 speed 4 cylinder and don't drive like a d!ck.

I read an article recently about that and people are getting crazy. If your budget is so inflexable that a slight increase in one comodity will cause you grave financial peril than you need some help either hire an accountant or get a better job.

I think people need to buy vehicles that fall into their Total Budget. If you can't afford to gas up your car, it doesn't matter that you can afford the monthly payment.

I actually think some of the hypermiling techniques could help traffic congestions. Like giving yourself a cushion and not accelerating or braking too fast.

Most idiots accelerate as soon as a gap appears and then have to slam on their brakes when they realize the person in front of them did the same stupid thing.

I know what your talking about that is the way I have driven forever, I coast up to a light if is red from a distance and almost always use less than 1/4 throttle. The drafting semis and shutting the car off are excessive.

Since I have been working at highline dealers for some time nopw I frequently see people getting into cars they cannot afford to pay for so they stretch their payments out for almost a decade. I don't know about you but I get sick of a car after a year or two.I would not be interested in a six year car payment. Then they neglect the maintenance because they are over budget already.

Was the picture doctored (which I doubt) or was the owner of the vehicle not feeling ashamed of their SUV?

It is as I saw it. I um... don't really have any software or skills for altering photos like that. I had to take a picture of that.
