CARDS WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was almost hoping St Louis would lose, so we'd have a riot, because I need a new TV.

Yup... astros lost

I never really was an astros fan, but I joined the bandwagon after I saw that they were going somewhere. I was disappointed for about 5 minutes.. then got over it.

Would have been nice to see Houston win so we could have Roger the Rocket back home in Boston!

Also... it would be kind of a cool pre-presidential election contest. Kerry's state vs. Bush's state!

**** everything, ****ing astros musta been paid to lose, how else could you explain tonight?jesus I was together with all my friends and a **** load of alcohol to celebrate the victory...but then the ****ing goddamn astros had to suck ***. wtf? rocket never threw that **** before. if he had he would be called the garbage rocket. where the **** was beltran? bagwell?biggio sucked total *** aside from that one home run, he stunk the whole series. And the end of the astro's order was a total offensive failure. just... don't even get me ****ing started. we lost a game we should have won because we got lazy yesterday just because we thought we would have a good pitcher. we can't win away.

Haha... this isn't the first time the Rocket has failed miserably. If you forgot... he teased Boston fans for a more than a decade. He's an excellent pitcher right up until it matters... then he just doesn't deliver. I think the Sox do that to star pitchers... Pedro seems to suffer the same ailment.

yeah, and thats why pedro won't be back next year. i highly doubt that he will be resigned. hes a free agent after this year IIRC?

What I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see... pedro and manny traded to houston for beltran and someone else... mmm... brad lidge would work! ahaha. then move damon over to left and beltran in center. reason being that damon is a much much better defensive fielder than manny and he could get his glove hand right up against the left field wall better than manny can. right field doesn't matter as much thanks to low wall.

pedro didn't pitch last night like he cared about the sox anymore. and after that 'my daddy' comment, I don't care to see him back.

**** that, stros got lidge fair and square and they developed him and we want to keep him.and I'm pretty sure beltran is staying, everyone in houston is saying whatever it takes, keep beltran.biggio and bagwell are getting old, if you take away beltran and lidge we won't even have a team anymore

I agree with your post except for this part. Pedro's first few pitches were awful. BUT, he was warmed up like a relief bullpen pitcher, not like a starter as he's accustomed to. Once he got warmed up he was pitching like a man on fire! He was consistently launching 97MPH fast balls! Pedro hasn't pitched that hard in years. I'd say he was pitching to stick it up the Yankee fans' collective a$$es.

my prediction, Red Sox take it, they just want it more then the Cards.

Clemens pitched for the University of Texas and is from Texas.

He is at home now.

Two of the greatest pitchers are from Texas... Clemens and Ryan.

Less we not forget who sealed up the Cards tonight, was also from Texas

It means they are getting paid millions to play baseball, and go home to their trophy wife that you would never in this lifetime be able to get.

And I'd be willing to bet everything I own that any of them could whip your *** too... just ask Robin Ventura

Game 2... SOX AGAIN!!!!

Pats kicked a$$ today as well... setting another NFL record for in-season wins.

Massachusettes is on FIRE! If only there was an NHL season this year, the B's might give us a pro-sports triple crown! No way the Celts are going to contribute anything useful.

You know, I dont mind if Boston wins. Bostonians have been respectful to visitors from St Louis, and most importantly:

THEY PUT THE YANKEES IN THEIR PLACE

May the best team win.

Just because its an obvious victory for Boston doesnt mean people should stop paying attention.

They again, maybe thats a perfectly good reason.

Sox take game 3!!!!!

Ahh.. as cool as it is to be ahead 3-0... it's still not ver comforting. This is the Red Sox... if anybody knows how to choke, it's them.

as long as we score at least one run in the first inning, I'll be feeling pretty confident. And FINALLY Manny comes out of his shell. jesus that was long awaited.
