The Air in my car doesn't get cold unless it's turned to the highest setting. What should I do to get it colder on lower settings?

with recirc on and the in car temp at 95F the outlet temp (max fan speed) should be 69-81F depending on the relative humidity, ie they don't work that well to begin with.

I don't know - the A/C in my wife's Versa is crap. Setting the knob to 2/3 does nothing to cool the car. I wonder if the refrigerant level needs topping up. Can you do that?
