So my wife and I go to the bar she works at for our New Years. When we get to the bar, there is a brand new Bentley in the parking lot. I go over and checkout the car, and some guy askes me what kind of car it is, and I break down some of the details of it. That's when he gets in the car for his coat. So needless to say I compliment him on his beautiful car.So a little later my wife and I are eating dinner at the bar, and this guy Barry and I are talking about his car, and music...etc. This bar is a karaoke bar, and he asks me if I sing. I tell him never, I really suck. He then tells me that if I sing my wife a song, that he'll let me drive his car. I simply said "pick a song!"He picked "cross my heart" by George Strait, which I proceed to do a terrible version of. After I'm done, he says "let's go". We go to the car, it's a Bentley Continental Flying Spur, 550 hp and all luxury. I get in the drivers seat, and he shows me how the push button start works, and the necessary other buttons on the dash that need to be pushed to make the car function at it's finest. We pull out of the parking lot, and he tells me how to turn on the seat massager, and heater. We drive towards the freeway. I ask him if it okay if I take it on I-5 and he says sure. At this point I'm ready to nut in my jeans. He flicks on the Valentine 1 radar detector, and says"when you get to the on ramp, step on it and enjoy the car to your ability". HOLY s*** This car is f*** fast. We went 0-140 in less time than my Maxima goes 0-60. The whole time it feels like we're doing 60. We went about 5 miles down the freeway and then back to the bar. That was one of the coolest drives of my life. The suspension was really stiff at high speeds, and soft at low speeds. The faster you go, the tighter the steering gets. Oh, did I mention that this car was super effing fast. All I can say is WOW... what a way to end the year. There is more cool s*** on this car than I can list with my crappy typing skills, so here are some pics.

Then it gets better, Mia surprised me this morning with a video card and another 19" wide screen flat panel monitor. She sew dual desktops at my buddies house and hooked me up. I owe a lot of house cleaning and some good cooking for that!!!

That's cool. My wife made out like a bandit for Xmas. I got her a laptop, a 17" flat panel monitor and a few other odds-n-ends.
