Another best moment

The day i drove my 240 again after 4 months of downtime. This is my 3rd motor in this ( 89 )car, my second dohc motor, this time i got a good motor with 72000 miles on it. I am boosting it very soon

Good to hear your car is running again. How did you blow the first DE??

That 77k mile engine should be a great foundation for a KAT. BTW, check out the 'Meets' section for some local get-togethers. I think theres something planned for this weekend...

Simply not breaking the motor in long enough. Also i was reving close to 8k, the ecu that i had was not for that motor and it allows me to rev very high. I was racing a civic and i beat his *** and about 4 min later i hear a rattle and my heart stoped because i knew what it was. I spun a bearing from over reving my motor. But u live and learn, i have done so much research and i found out why i blew both my motors.

What was it from? An Altima? I think the rev to 7500... hmm....
