Okay...so it's a fake...But if it were real? What would you think of a Holden based AWD turbo V6 buick coupe?

http://www.buickforums.com/for...t4067

Unfortunately, it's built on the GTO/Holden.On the plus side:It looks MUCH better than the new Goat, and it's sporting an intercooled TT V6 that makes 450 hp and does the sprint to 60 in ~4.5.Unfortunately, it's AWD only. At least it's not FWD, though. The stock wheels are dead sexy.

At long last, Buick remembers how to deliver a desirable car.

But...They're still calling it the REGAL GNX. I see nothing in common with the Regal. Buick just doesn't do RWD anymore...even if the Regal is redesigned for 2007, it would almost certainly be FWD, and NOT a holden rebadge...We may see a sigma model or two...but I doubt the Regal itself would be a holden.

Strange things going on inside the GM offices.

Oh well. A tt V6 coupe is a happy thought in todays sad world of farty four bangers and gutless solid axle mustangs.

Link bad! But I suspect I've seen it before. I haven't been to Sal's Buick forum in a couple months.

Yeah, its fake, but its hot. A few more design touches here and there and it could be SMOKING.

I doubt GM will let a Buick GNX come to fruition. According to GM, the new brand strategy for Buick is to move away from anything sporty and become a low volume luxury brand on par with Cadillac(except Cadillac is to be sports-luxury). Anything high-performance will be left to Pontiac. Buck is to produce luxury vehicles to compete with the cushiest riding cars from Lexus(LS400, RX330, ES330) and other makes.

The Cadillac brand competes head to head with Lexus and Infiniti amongst others.

rofl....

the Germans blow right now...styling and Performance.

except the Porshe gods however. But they're not much for Luxury, more sports aimed.

then we have Maserati...what a luxury car should be.
