My RB26DETT motor set w/RB25DET trans is for sale.

What has happened you ask? Well... I'd love to finish this project. I know that I can finish it... but at this point in my life, there are other more important things. I need a job right now. I have 2$ in my bank account. Sad huh? The RB26 motor set is sitting in my storage unit while I'm searching for a job and living on my parents money. I can't do that anymore.. so I'm forcing myself to make this decision. I have another project in mind.. (miata/nissan hybrid)

If anyone is interested, I'm starting off the motor set at 5000$ shipped in the 47 states of the USA. Hawaii is more. Here is what is included.

-97 GTR RB26DETT-CLEAN RB25 trans w/short shift kit-RB25 oil sump (I have already adapted it onto the block)-Power Enterprise timing belt-New water pump-New throttle body gaskets-Polished upper twin turbo piping-Valve covers are ready for powder coating

Engine includes uncut harness's and the ECU. There are no MAF sensors. I have coated the block grey. The turbo's have been cleaned. The throttle bodies have also been cleaned thoroughly as has the intake manifold. Paint has been removed from the intake manifold. The flywheel has been machined and is included.. but there is no clutch. Everything is pretty much ready to go.. you'll need a mount kit and the MAF's and a clutch. The rest is up to you to you (intercooler, piping, radiator, fans, etc etc).

If there's any questions, please email me. I might have forgotten something. I have pics and I'll be adding them soon.

Being a 97 motor makes the clutch a pull type instead of the push, correct? Is the 25det trans set up for the pull clutch ??

Didn't you have a pic or two posted up at one time of the motor on a stand? I seem to remember one with a gray block..... if not, can you post up a shot or two of what your selling?

thanksj.

Well.. it's an R33 (97 being the last year of the R33's) with an R33 RB25DET trans.. so there's not going to be any issues with the clutch since this is not an R34 motor set.

Yeah.. I had some pics up at one point. I will be going to my storage today and snapping some new pictures with the timing belt, water pump, valve covers, oil sump on... and everything included.
