I wanted to thank everyone who offered advice about replacing the water pump in my '94 Q, I replaced it last weekend and it went very smoothly(my forearms are bruised from wedging them on top of the rad. shroud, though). I drove the car about 400 miles the next day, and everything worked beautifully. Everyone on the forum was very willing to help and thats getting to be a rare commodity nowadays.Special thanks to Wes for sending me a copy of the FSM.Mike

Part of forum's MORAL REQUIREMENT is to buy a FSM and study it so you can help someone else.

Glad to hear it went well for you Mike... it won't be long before you'll be a plenum veteran!
