diddo to you all as well...I was going to sell my Q but it has found new life through you all here at NICO....not too mention a new hole in my wallet (but that is okay after I get my baby moving faster) :D

Also...I put my well worn (curb rash & scratches) BBS wheels & 15.9mm rear sway bar (i got the 20mm from Joe the other day) on the parts thread if anyone is interested. Just pay me the shipping, packaging, and a few extra bucks ($10) to walk to thepost office to mail them to you all. I rather give them to one of you all versus the recycle bin.

here is a link to my new wheels...I got the hyper black finish. I did not want to be too shiny running down the road in all crome.

I also got the staggard (sp?) look...with 8.5 front and 9.5 rear. They had these on a G35 at the local dealer and looked really good with a little bit of a bigger lip in the rear versus front. I really liked those OZ Opera II that some posted a pic of earlier, but they don't make them to fit a Q...they must have done some mods to the hubs to get them to fit right and also they were double the price of the ADR's I am getting. I get them put on Sunday so I will post pics soon along with the new lowering springs, toicko blues, and new rear sway bar....next week all the mechanical stuff at the dealer and then hopefully the following week my 4.08

I can already hear the sound of my tires screetching....Does anybody know anything about Nitto tires? I had the wheel shop put those on because they were cheap and I figured that I would really just tear up my first set of tires after all the mods. After the first tire burn...I will probably go with a more reputable tire.

I am running the following sizes:

245/40/18 = front255/40/18 = rear...this is the exact same size as OEM's diameter :-)

RSIWIKI, I had the 245/45/17 NT455 Extreme's before I went to the 255/45/17 Sumitomo HTR+.

They were decent tires, the load rating was too low, but I never had an issue with them.

They made a little too much noise for me (unidirectional tires).

The hard sidewall made the ride prety firm, and they stuck like glue, in the rain.

They are a harder compound, so the tread will last prety long.

Love the wheels!

DKILL, Ditto your comments, this forum has helped me a lot, and I expect it to keep on helping me.

its is black with the chocolate color interior. I will post pics in about a week with after I get the suspension and wheels on it.

I have got to get it painted though (black again)....between the valet guy hitting a post in the garage last weekend (about kiled him when he denied it as new orange paint on my bumper matched perfectly to the orange posts in the garage), a key mark, drivers door dented from parking lot hit and run, and numerous door dings it looks like an Ahganny Mine field.

At least I got $375 yesterday from the valet company toward my new paint job that was going to happen anyway. I need a new bumper cover and they really scrapped it pretty bad.

jeff...thanks for the info on the Nitto's and the rain thing is really good as when it is the rainy season here in Miami (June - Oct) it is a really terrible hydro planing.....I just actually corded my rear tire last night on the way home. You can actually see the steel belts. I guess that I got my monies worth on the old tires and just in time for new tires

Rob, I can't WAIT to see pics of this thing.

Great choice on the tires - Brand AND size.

So it might look something like this...

With the new rims??

Oh, and I'd like to officially thank NICO as well, and to show my appreciation I will be making another contribution.

Ohhh Yeah :D ....Thanks Rex for the pic. I have been trying to visualize it in my head but it is not easy. I can't wait to get them on my car. How did you do that? I had the poor wheel shop guy switch about 5 different wheels on my car one day to see what they would look like. Well they earned my business and also are putting on new 90-93 steering rack along with all the other suspension stuff.

I used Tirerack's wheel shopping utility and then just "grabbed" a pic of it. Those are the BBS ($$$$) and I've given some real thought to upgrading, but never will :(.

I'd buy the car for my S13 (longterm) project first.

Thanks Fred. I do like them, but we always want more :D.

I'm pretty sure seeing your "new car" this weekend is going to push me over the edge to start the S13 project. It'll either be a coupe or a 'vert (with Silvia front end) and I think I'll go RB .
