thanks for the MAF advise

I just wanted to thank you all for your help. My 2001 QX4 was stalling while idling at stop lights and I was able to troubleshoot the problem by reading your discussion. I've lurked about but never posted before.

As some of you might expect, I just needed to clean my MAF sensor. Problem fixed for $8. Might have cost me $500 or more at the dealer. Car idles perfectly again. I'm not too handy with cars so this was a big deal to me.
