you sure They did it? You sure it wasn't who you bought it from?LugNut18 wrote:They damaged the original package, then repackaged them like this...
Well there was a label on the box from fedex saying they did it. So I'm fairly positive it was them. Plus I bought them from Works Concepts and there is no way in hell they would ever do this.tctomasc wrote:you sure They did it? You sure it wasn't who you bought it from?
Yeah that pretty much sums up what they did. But since there is no noticeable damage it's not as bad as I thought when I opened it. All I have to do now is find some camber plates for these. I will say though these coilovers are very light. Way lighter than the Stance's I hadBrianHarte wrote:I hate when people open stuff and then "toss it back in".
I had that happen when I shipped a kit to Canada.Customs opened it, THREW it back in, and when it got to customer, SURPRISE, it was broken.
Then of course, it is a b**** to try and file a claim.

That is efff-ed up!
Yeah. It's more disappointing than anything. I thought they would have taken a little more care. They damaged the original and then they throw the s*** in a box 5x bigger than the original. Not only that but the b**** who delivered them today confessed to running over and destroying my trash can. Massive failure on their part. But at the same time since none of the coilovers have damage, I cant wait to install, and run themMastaYu wrote:wow thats messed up
