Social media gets stuff done. It can effect regime change, bring down dictators, organize revolutions, end tyranny... and make government officials look stupid.

"their"

The blogger is naive if he thinks the absence of a codified penalty will ensure no harassment. He should not advise others when he cannot ensure what he is asserting.

The government can and does make life miserable for its chattel without the trappings of the letter of law quite frequently. I would advise Texas drivers to roll with both plates and pick a philosophical battle worth fighting. :nono:

Well, what can they do but pull you over and hit you with a non-fine able ticket?

Stickney police officer Chris Collins is being sued by Evangelina Paredes for violating her privacy when he used motor-vehicle records to find her address, in order to leave a handwritten note on her vehicle, after pulling her over on Oct. 22.

That makes me sick, the owner of the company I used to work at was buddy buddy with a lot of cops. If he saw a chick he liked he would take note of the license plate, give it to them and get her address so he could drive by her house in hopes that she'd be outside. I found this out because his nephew had a problem keeping their family's dirty secrets.
