I know about the tires. Driving today would be really stupid for that reason alone. When I left my house a couple mornings ago there was a big spot of ice in the road and that wasn't a lot of fun to slide through. I usually drive as long as there's no kind of snow or ice, even if it's around mid 30s or 40s. I just don't push my car or anything. They're not bad when they warm up, I went to a track day in mid January and it was probably in the upper 40s. I didn't have a single issue with grip the whole day. I just can't wait until summer gets here for grip!
Yeah, that's middle class Texas for you. Tons of boats everywhere since there's a ton of lakes around here, hahaha.
Supposed to be 6 inches today, that's seriously a HUGE amount of snow for us.
