1.) ECU Tune ($500) or SAFC and Dyno Tune***2 Easiest ways if your newb.
2.) 3" Cat-Back Exhaust with Cat Delete Downpipe or Downpip[pe with a Catalytic Converter
3.) 240sx........And Boost, Oil Pressure, And a AFR Gauge would be nice for safety too.
So If You have a cat-back, for under $200 you can almost double your power, SAFELY.
