Yeah, you don't seem to get turned on quite as easy as float and TMS do when they get around each other, lol.
I remember I pulled mine from the top without the transmission, but it was a PITA. As I remember I probably had to pull the harmonic balancer to get enough clearance, and I didn't have any accessories on the motor. I remember it took me three days to do my swap. I had to pull a CA16, the CA18 from the donor car, and drop it in the car the CA16 came from. I think that part only took a day and a half, but I did a whole bunch of extra stuff along the way, so it turned into a long three days. Anyways, I think my thing is I just don't like having to pull the axles and drain the transmission, so I just leave it in there. I should probably learn better.
Wow, you kept P/S and A/C? That's what's up! If I ever get to where I can build my monster CA powered Pulsar I'll have to hit you up if I can't figure it out on my own.
Ahhhh, the E-series. What a golden little motor... for anything not performance related that is, lol. Granted I do have a few rare goodies for one if I ever decide to actually build one the way I had intended. It's just so hard to bring myself to ever spend that kind of money on it after seeing how much more a CA can do. And now after having a Honda B-series and seeing it's potential (I know, blasphemy) anything all motor seems pointless other than a Honda (I was planning on a 200hp all motor E16

before I got my CA). Maybe if I ever make money like Rick Nasty (Kyle knows who I'm talking about) I can build all these dream cars I have in mind.
Anyways, my E16 was probably about the easiest thing I've ever worked on. Man, if you guys thought a CA was small you should take a look at an E-series. It'll almost fit in the palm of your hand, lol.
