Testing CAS?

Hey guys. There is a couple of gents on here having problems and I think it might be a possibility of a bad CAS(cam angle sensor). Is there a way to test it with a voltimeter? or some other way? also...if they would have to buy a new one....where do you recommend them going to get one? thanks for the helps

1. Remove the sensor from the engine but the harness should remain connected2. Ignition switch to "ON"3. Rotate CAS slowly by hand and check voltage between terminals 1,2 and ground. (You would need two probes on the positive side)3a. terminal 1 is 180 deg signal and terminal 2 is 1 deg signal.4. Voltage should fluctuate between 5V and .1V

OR run your ECU for codes
