Not quite sure what you're asking here, but if you're looking for how to post photos, the attachment system was taken offline because our database of images got too big.

You have to use off-site hosting such as photobucket, and use the image tags (or the image button above the editing window) to insert the URL of the image.

I mean i try to attach a photo from my computer into this comment, but i just can' t find anywhere to attach my photo.

EV just told you that you can't. You have to use a third-party image hosting website.
