test pipe with butterfly valve for quiet exhaust?

does anyone have one of these? how well do they work? does anyone know who makes them? i have seen a couple around but i would like to know other companies that have them if possible.

I know of a couple people that installed one of them and had substantial horsepower/performance loss, your better off getting a silencer.

hrm, does anyone know if a free flowing exhaust would perform better than stock exhaust with a dump pipe? What i am trying to do is find a quiet solution for my exhaust that i can change to be very free flowing if i need.

you know what a silencer is right? Like I said that's probibly your best bet and easily installed and removed
