Last week I test drove a sexy black base touring, I really liked it, yet , couldn't find the tilt steering. Also couldn't get into reverse. I really want to test the synchro but this did not have it. And lastly for he 1st time I'm thinking about test driving the automatic! Any thoughts or additions?

As for the Tilt steering, ask the sales consultant, they are sooo knowledgeable.

and..

"I really want to test the synchro but this did not have it"

I'm assuming you meant to say the synchro rev match feature on the 370Z. I also would like to try it out, but my foot is stuck doing all the work as of yet.

As far as the auto, try it, you have nothing to lose. You will find most people on here will tell you that a sports car is supposed to have a manual gear box and not an autotragic.

Did you test drive a base or a touring? They're two different models. There’s no such thing as a “Base Touring”. Push down on the top of the gear shift as if you were trying to push it through the bottom of the car to get it in reverse.

Oops sorry about my typng it on my iPhone and it's difficult. Yes I meant touring without sport pak. Unfortuantley my sales person didn't have a clue... He. Was new, it might come to my advantage though if I buy from him.

I test drove a Chicane yellow 7/at grand touring a few weeks after it came out. I felt like I was in a Ferrari, everyone gave me the "zomg. wuts that" look.

I own a 2003 350z touring. I love it, but keep in mind i don't race.
