Hello everybody I am new to this forum.

I have a 2003 Infiniti I35 and I notice a very bad grinding noise when ever I turn the steering wheel all the way to the left or to the right like making a U turn and whenever I do that I hear a awful grinding sound from the front end it does not throw of my alignment or anything and it only happens when I make a hard left or right turn. Does anybody know what it can be.
I would like to say Thank You for everybody's input.

You have bad CV Joint Half Shaft, most likely due to cracked CV boot. It would be better to replace both of them as the other one would likely fail too...your call. Make sure the transmission seals are replaced with the half shafts.

Considering that you have an 2003 and 2003 falls within the year range you posted, I would say yes, you can.
