Terrible buyer sellers beware

I hope I posted this in the right spot but if not sorry. I sold an Ignitor chip to EBSK821 and he paid what we agree'd upon but then he wanted over night shipping so being that good guy that I was being I told him I would just ship the part and have him paypal the rest to me. Well now 4 months later I still haven't gotten my money. I called and called and he finally answered once and said he was in jail and that he would send me the money, waited waited waited. Then something popped up and I remember called him today he answered asked who it was and he hung up called back and won't answere. This guy is shady so Sellers beware. He also tried to say I had a bad product in which he tried to send it back and I said no because the product was fine and I knew it wasn't broken.

sorry to hear that man. let this be a lesson never send your part till you have the money first, you were asking for trouble.
