Tenzo Rim Fitment

Let me begin by just saying sorry if is spell anything wrong but its been a looooooooonnnnnngggg day. On to the topic.

I am working on my S13 FB and was looking at Tenzo JDM Edition 15" Morpix rims and 4 questions came to mind. A) Too small? I see most people have 17s B) I searched and someone was selling their Tenzo rims with a set of spacers, will I need spacers for proper a fit? C) Will they effect performance negatively? D) How will they look on the car (in your respective opinions). My car is only going to be driven in the summer or nice days(I live in OH so not too many of those). The car will be geared toward performacnce but with some show and taken to the strip on occassion for fun or to teach a "ricer" a lesson. Oh yea and it will be red, Nissan Hot Red, or a little darker. Thanks for any thoughts guys and gals. I know I am bound to get a flame or 2 but I've gotten used to it around here.

Edit: I was looking at the matte black w/ red strip. See them all HERE These are the ones i was thinking though.....

After looking at my stock rims today as we moved the car to get ready to pull the engine, I have decided 15s would probably be way too small and wouldn't fill the wheel well enough. How do 17s handle on everyones s13?
