tensioner replace what else?

I'm replacing the tensioner in my SOHC and want to know should I replace the guides and chain as well.

since you're already thus far into the engine, might as well. unless if the chain and guides been replaced not too long ago. we all know how time consuming it is to get to the tensioner.
