tension rods s13/s14 fitment?

I'm gonna buy my friends Projectnissan adjustable tension rods from his S13. was wondering can i use these on my s14.

thanks and yea i tried to search but nothing much about my subject

They are the same,S13,S14,Z32,Q45,R32.
