I just installed Megan Racing Adj. Tension Rods today and after driving around a bit i rechecked em and noticed the metal piece around the bushing was twisted like so.

Is it ok if its twisted like that? Or should it be straight with the rest of the tension rod like the stock ones are.

It should be straight around rideheight, but not exceed the limit of the bearing at full droop or full compression.

That looks fine. My RUCAs did that when tightening the locking nuts. If you hear any weird noises then i'd check it out. Otherwise, don't fret it

This but get an alignment and when the do it, they can get them straightened out and they will stay that way.... I do suggest thread lockers on the locking nuts.

That is not proper, despite what other people are telling you. If those pics are taken at ride height, ends should be straight.

It looks like your passenger side bearing is going to bind at full droop, possibly loosening your tension rod, or worse, twisting your LCA or front mount.

As long as you don't hear metal on metal when braking you'll be fine
