does anyone happen to know the range the stock gauge covers? low and high? or i guess a simpler question is what is the thermostat degree since obviously its center on the gauge

thats when the t-stat starts to open. NOT the temp in which the coolant is.

I've seen people say that the needle doesn't move until 210F-220F. Basically you're already in trouble by the time it starts to move.

I do believe the stock thermo is 170F/76C, Billion High Flow is 149F/65C, Nismo is 144F/62.

Note that even though the Billion has a higher opening temp, it will allow more flow to the radiator than stock or Nismo.

well im talking move from the very bottom of the gauge. my electric fan on low setting can keep it cool enought that the temp gauge will not read anythign so i am constantly turning it on and off and i woudl jsut like to know what the range of teh gauge is so i have an idea of what i run between cause i know running too cold will cause more wear and tear on the motor
