Does anyone have one, or has tried one?

They look mad comfy and I'm thinking of getting one...(trying out first)

I say a good sleep diminishes stress and helps your day go through a more positive vibe . What better way to start that than to try out one of the most comfortable beds?

Workout. It's better for your health and costs less money, so I'd say that's a better way to start.

My parents have one. Took a nap on it once or twice... not bad, but a little too soft if you have any back problems. When my back is feeling OK, I like it though. We got the Select Comfort bed, which works well for us... my wife likes the bed firm, and I like it softer, unless the back is hurting...

Interesting, I've heard about that too, adjustable firmness setting on both sides.

The mall close by my house has a demo for that, I'll have to go and check that out.

Yeah so I decided to get this yesterday, to just get a taste of how it would be.

I was sleeping on cloud 9ine. I can imagine the entire mattress...

On a not so funny (at least at the time) side note, the conforming properties of the tempur pedic matress can be a real pain. I spent the weekend messing with my parent's computer, doing a low level format of the hard drive and reinstalling XP. Finally got it up and running nicely and took it back to their house. Sat the tower on the bed (standing up) and walked away to get the desk ready to hook it up. Heard a big "clunk" about 30 second later... apparently the side closer to the floor was heavier and the mattress conformed to that side of the tower - tipping it over for a nice tumble to the floor. Computer never started again... jarred the chipset out of the socket and bent some pins...

I own one. It's the best investment for sleep that I have ever made. It took about two weeks to get used to. Now if I sleep on a regular matress, I sleep like crap. You really will sleep the whole night through, without waking up.

The Tempurpedic is really overpriced, so I built one for about $250 about 3 years ago. 8" of high density foam with 4" of memory foam on top of it. I love a soft bed, so it's great. One of the nicest features is that you can't feel the movement of the other person in the bed.

Bah, I wanted the Kingsdown Juliet bed. The wife was insistant on the tempur pedic. In hindsight, I'm glad she made the wise decision.

I'll shell out the $2k. It means no work, no mess, no potential costly mistakes, and comes with one hell of a warranty.

There is no work, mess, or mistakes in building your own. It involves stacking 3 pieces of foam on top of each other and putting a cover over it.

Get a sleepnumber. I have one and it feels so damn good lol. tempur pedic tends to sink in after use, sleepnumber doesn't and you wake up feeling refreshed.

I have a sleepnumber bed, and it's the most amazing thing ever. 20 year warranty, and it sleeps the same way every night for as long as you own it (provided you just double check once in a while in case it needs air). It is the most supportive and comfortable mattress i've ever had. I absolutely love it, and I sleep great now

News to me. I've had one for 4 years now, and it hasn't sunk at all. Exactly the same as the day I bought it.
