This is gonna sound crazy but I was wondering if its possible to temporarily disable the stock alarm on a 95 240sx le without unhooking the battery? I live near a forested area and a mouse has made a home of somewhere in the engine area of my car... every time it moves around, it sets off the alarm. I've got traps set out but its a smart little bastard. The alarm goes off about 20 times a day now!

Any help on disabling the alarm would be great

Thanks.

Hold on... let me get this right... you have a MOUSE living INSIDE your ENGINE BAY?!?!?

I'd say screw the alarm system, just drive... a lot... keep that engine nice and warm, maybe you'll get yourself some poached mouse a'la Nismo.

Just an update... I took out the battery and replaced it with a spring loaded trap while I was out... it was dead when I came back. I've been giving it mouse poison since last week which obviously did nothing. It travelled to work with me for 35mins on the highway since last week so I dunno where its been hiding. But who cares, its dead now. Hopefully it doesn't have any family thats sticking around. I'll freak if it bit through any wires. ie... the alarm wire.
