temperature at which ecu goes to "normal" mode instead of cold mode?

Anyone know the approximate temperature that the engine goes from cold start up mode to warm/normal mode?

And what temperature drop will cause the ecu to go back to col start up mode?

The proper term would be "Closed Loop". Sorry not info though , my temp gauge doesn't have numbers.
