Temp gauge acting funky

Hey everyone!

I am having some problems with my temp gauge! it flickers around , when I put it in gear in put some gas to it, it goes down all the way but then goes back up to the half mark as soon i put it in nutral,. can anyone help??? thanks

Check the water level in rad............if thats good the sensor for the dash probably has a loose connection on the sensor itself.

is there a wire that I can check to see if its tight on there or is it internal stuff thats hard to get to

Make sure your wires are good, or check the sensor

Sounds like a wireing problem to me but be sure you don't have any air bubbles in your system.

now may be a good time to upgrade to a mechanicle sending unit/gauge..there more acurate and less likly to fail then electronics in my opinion.
