Temp gauge wiggles up and down when I press gas. Help!

For some reason my 92 240sx temp gauge started flickering up and down whenever I press the gas. Once I let go of the gas, it stops on the actual temp it should be. Anyone else have this problem?

It sounds like a loss connector look at the temp sender it is the one with only one conector on it and se if it is lose
