Temp Gauge not working

Ive replaced the cts but the gauge is still not working. I have been in the cluster to change bulbs and all other gauges are functionng properly. Any ideas woud be appreciated.

What about the connector on the harness side? How does it look? You can check the resistance from the connector in the engine bay to where the gauge is to see if there is a disruption.

Also, did you replace the correct temperature sensor? The gauge uses the sensor with only one connection.

i did. it appears that the gauge is moving slightly off of cold. Im thinking my thermostat may be stuck open...

Could be, feel the upper and lower rad hoses to see if they get hot.

Hey guys and girls ... My temp gauge is not working . It stays all the way on the bottom and I bought a new nismo thermostat and cap and also a new cts both ( the one with the single wire and the other one next to it. I've check to connections and the connection to the single wire cts was a little ripped off from the terminal thingy so I cut the wires and re twisted and put some electrical tape for a quick fix just to see if that was the problem ... But nothing ... Idk what to do anymore... Do u think I would have to take of the cluster and see if the problem is there ? Thanks I would appreciate any advice :frown:
