temp gauge in cluster not working

so i had a redtop sr20det installed about 1 month ago and temp gauge in cluster was working the one day just stopped working i replaced the 2 wire coolant temp sensor thinking that might be the problem bvut didnt fix it...theres no reading whatsoever do you guys think its a wiring issue or do i need to change the single wire sensor next to the coolant temp one?thx

the single wire sensor is for the cluster, the 2 wire is for the ecu. if it worked before and just stopped most likely the sender went bad, just replace it!

ok so i replaced bothe the 2 wire sensor and the single wire sender and still nothing...?i am planning on getting a aftermarket temp gauge but still would like the stock to work also..any input is appreciated peeps...

Sounds like gauge cluster. You can test it by cutting the wire that goes to the single wire temp sensor and taking wire and cutting the wire on the back of the gauge cluster for temp sensor and running a wire From one to the other. Get your car warmed up and if your gauge works , well id just stick with that wire. If not solder everything back up and do more diagnostics. I to this dy had the same problem and never removed my test wire because it simply worked for me.
