Yes, somewhere in the trip computer there is a screen where you can turn the warning offRob.Vegan wrote:isnt there a section in the settings that allows you to have the warning come on at a certain temp ??? im not sure what it is set at stock but it doesnt get that cold down here anyway
how much did it cost for a new sensor?adidas2go wrote:Your outside air temp sensor is f'ed up. Mine's the same way, but that's because it ripped off when the zip tie broke from behind the STILLEN fascia. Mine displays ICY --- as well. Plugged in a new one at the Nissan Dealership, and it was all good.
You might also notice your cabin air temp being screwy too. The AC won't kick on or cool.
Not sure, I didn't pay for it.kensington wrote:

Ice can form on bridges around 38 degrees, so, thats when and why that sensor is set to come on.generic808 wrote:Anyone know at what temp "icy" is displayed at? It hasn't been "icy" for the past 2 weeks and the temp is above "icy" at around 38-40 degrees and I still get the "icy" display
really??? i didn't know that. my coupe showed ICY for the first time this morning round 9am, and the temp was only at 37 F. But it shut off once it got in the sun and reached 40 F. Ima have to look that up.Rolling Estonian wrote:somewhere in the trip computer there is a screen where you can turn the warning off
