ok i have had this problem for a while and i think i have figured out what it is. in the first picture of me pinching the tube with a pair of plyers is how i can make my idle lower. i heard if you have a bad (i dont know what it is called but it is in the second pic) ? it will mess up your idle. i need to know what that gold round thing is called in the 2nd pic. it is bolted to the back of the intake mani. and the hose i pinched with the plyers runs into it. the hose i pinched is the second hose that runs into the stock intake tubing and i think this is what is wrong with my idle. this sounds really stupid but if i knew what they part names were it would make explaining this a whole lot easier. thank you for any help.

Yes, It will seriously screw with your idle if it is bad. My was all clogged with carbon I cleaned it and it would be okay for a couple of weeks. After cleaning like 4 or 5 times I finally said screw it and got an sr
