My KADE-T has 550 deatschwerks injectors and that is all.

I know that I need a larger fuel pump and am leaning toward the walbro, but am uncertain what is required. I have read that there is no kit for the S14 and have read that you can just re-use the factory parts? I know that deatschwerks has a 255 pump as well...

What about fuel pressure? I honestly haven't dove into this before and am unsure.

I am planning on running 8lbs on a 50 trim .63 ar.

I bought the car knowing it wasn't boosting much. I found that JGS built my waste gate and has had quite a few issues with people not installing the waste gate correctly (leaving out the valve seal), I can tell you I don't know exactly how these things are put together, but I will find out once the temps reach above freezing...

What engine management are you going with? If it's a mail order Rom tune, I'd suggest budgeting for a fuel pressure regulator as well, just so you can fine tune tune the curve to get the base where you need it.
Other than that, injectors and fuel pump are about all you need.

My apologies, I forgot to mention an RS Enthalpy tune. And how do you get all those extra wires to tuck under the carpet/plastic panel?

Ah, gotcha. Yeah I've never had to do that, but I'm sure you just tuck it somewhere it isnt likely to get kicked and get on with life

Yeah sometimes you're boosting just fine, and you just need a tune to take advantage of it.

I installed the walbro 255 and z32 fuel filter. I am still showing quite lean at idle (17 and up).

When I get on it a bit, she riches up (around 13) I'm still afraid to give all she has as I don't want to blow her up.

I feel that Ben gave her hell before I got her judging by the one near bald rear tire lol, so I probably shouldn't worry? But I do that lol

Did you get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator yet?
Crank that thing up.

I did not, I have heard I don't need one. I also called RS Enthalpy today. They reassured me I don't need one as the factory one is plenty sufficient. They also told me that there is a 10 degree requirement for installing the wideband o2. This sounded weird to me as I've only seen exhaust bungs welded straight on with no angle incorporated.
So, I called AEM and they told me no such angle is required.
I installed an OBD2 reader to it sometime ago and couldn't get it to read anything. (it's a 95 car, but OBD2) Then I realized it wasn't reading because RS Enthalpy uses an S13 ECU. I hooked up the factory ECU and the reader worked fine. The Wideband still showed 17-18- so high it was blank readings. The engine ran the same.
The reader showed a steady 13 from the factory o2 sensor, from my understanding it should be fluctuating and a bit lower. Could be a bad o2 i guess...
The reader also showed the coolant temp sensor at 95 fahrenheit on startup, it's only 50 out. That sensor could be bad as well...

Sufficient, yes, but unless you have the ability to go in there and change your fuel cells (a-la NISTUNE), you have a base map. Adding a piggyback ECU or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator allows you to scale your map one way or the other to dial-in your fuel. If you are running too lean throughout your entire driving range, you can simply crank up your fuel pressure and richen everything up.
