I've seen that rat numerous times over the years in labor disputes in NY & NJ. Probably the reason you never saw it in Florida is Florida is a right to work state with weak or non existant union labor and shoddy workmanship in many areas?

With the present state of the economy it is likely we will see the present administration assist the resurgence and strengthen the union labor movement in the US and improving wages and working conditions for the middle class?

This is probably a topic for the politics forum?
