Tein VS Sprint Spring rates for a 90 FB.

Anyone know the spring rates for either tein or sprint springs? I cant deside which to buy. The sprints drop the car a tiny bit lower but i think the teins are stiffer. Id much rather go stiffer then lower. Does anyone know the spring rates for these springs? Also, which would you choose for your 90 FB, Tein or Sprint?

no one knows the spring rate for the sprint springs? I looked all over and didnt find it. Who out there has either of these springs and how do you like them?

check the suspension faq, ive never tried either, but id probably go with tein out of the two.
