Will the Tein Adjustable Upper Pillow Mount work w/ the stock front struts on my S13? Full coilover dampers are coming in the near future, but I need to fix the camber probs before they get here. Will these work w/ the stock stuff? I've heard the JIC's won't because the threaded hole is a little larger than the stock one...same deal w/ the Tein's or will they fit?

Thanks...

Here's a reply I received from Tein USA some time ago...

"Our Pillar Upper Mount is made to fit any typeof suspension just as long as the design on the top of the shock isequivalent to the OEM mount shape."

I'm not sure how Pillowball Upper Mount mutated in to "Pillar Upper Mount", but other than that the answer is pretty clear.

I know of at least one person using KYB AGX shocks with Tein Upper Mounts. The AGX's bolt right on, so...you get the idea.

BTW, I think you'll probably find the Tein mounts to be cheaper than the Cusco. They're a pretty good deal, especially if you need new mounts and compare prices to the OE parts.

Just out of curiousity, you want the mounts to correct a camber problem you're having? Is it really that much out of spec?
