Its so hard to get a hold of anybody at their shop. I tried calling numerous times. I emailed to...no reply:(

are the TEIN Tie Rod Ends + Tie Rods for S13/S14 - $155 Shipped, are they the ones that you can adjust your turrning radious?

I have some parts missing from my order (TEIN tie rods) and have tried to contact the store by e-mail numerous times since the 6th of August and none has replied back. Out of several attempts to call your store I finally got a person (RICK) who told me to take pictures of the unopened bag to show the parts were infact missing and to email them to [email protected] and someone will reply right back to me letting me know what the next step is. Well that was the 10th and I am still waiting for a reply.

Part I am missing is called the "Lock Plate"

Anyhelp would be appricated. I can be reached at [email protected]
