I just got the Tein Springs, I searched all over the web and I can't find a definitive answer...is the Camber Kit required when dropping with the Tein Springs?

I highly doubt that, especially since a little negative camber isn't even a bad thing.

With any set of springs, camber kit will NOT be needed

Depends on what wheels you have on and their offset. I know Teins go really low for the 3.5 (judging from Xenon's Teins review). But anyways natural camber should take care of it if anything. He might have a heavy system in the trunk that will let him rub if he has an aggressive offset, you never know..

Haha I doubt OP is asking about camber for clearance. He's probably not wanting his wheels to be cambered unnecessarily.

I don't think this is always the case.

I'm thinking the fronts will be at 0 degrees of camber and the rears will be close to -1. -1 is very unnoticeable unless you're really nit picky. Get the kit, get an alignment and see if the camber looks fine to you. If not you should probably get the kit. Or you could get the kit now and save yourself some potential time lost later. Idk how much they cost though and if you'll even need it.

Nah...you don't need a camber kit. The springs don't go that low so they're not really necessary.

Maybe It will clear it up if I tell you about my wheels?
I am going to be running the SE-R's with 235/45/18, they are +0.1% off from factory so basically imagine I am dropping the car on factory wheels (only wider).
There is no "heavy system in the trunk", and I will probably be removing the donut in there. Also, I don't have an aggressive offset (+45), same as factory.

Need? No.
My alignment shop tells me every time I go in that I need one and they try to sell it to me. I tell them GTFO and get as close to factory spec as possible. They do, and I am happy.

About 1/2 degree in the front and +/-1 degree in the rear (dont remember the exact readout from my last alignment but it didnt worry me). I also have a siezed eccentric in the rear now though so they cant even adjust it.

EDIT: I am running Eibach though, forgot to mention that.

With these specs I don't think you'll need any kits. You might have like .5 - 1 degree camber which is very unnoticeable and won't affect your tires that bad.
