I have TEIN S-techs on my 2000 and I LOOOOOVE the drop. The only thing Im having a problem with is the KYB GR-2 Struts I combo'ed them up with, they tend to send EVERY bump straight through you. I would go with a set of KYB AGX's since ur a gen4,these are adjustable and should suite ur purposes well. The drop for the S-techs is supposedly 2.25" all-around,I think mine went a bit lower, closer to 3" total drop. You will need a camber plate for these as well,at least I do,so I dont see why you wouldnt. The improved handling will be noticed Immediately, and you should be happy with them. I suggest you get a decent FSTB and RSB if u want to handle better than just springs/struts. If you wanna better deal on those springs/struts check out
http://www.groupbuycenter.com ,I got mine from them DIRT CHEAP and very fast. Oh and heres the pix of my drop>
