I have a 92 240sx and I was thinking of the KYB AGX and Tein S-TEch. I had a set of KYB AGX and Eibach Sportline on my 90 240sx and its nice but not as stiff as I would like.

Will the S Tech and AGX be good together? Thanks.

Get rid of the Sportlines. They'll just blow your agx's prematurely because they lower more than the agx's recommended lowering height, plus they're progressively rated--which just makes the dampes work even harder. Please do a search. This has been discussed ad nauseum. Also look at Exar-Kun's sticky: http://nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=11638

The Tein S-Tech's and Suspension Technique springs are linear in their spring rates, a better choice and a stiffer/more stable/predictable ride.

my teins and agx's are very good. Only set up i would take other than coilovers. I rode in my friends setup of whitline springs and agx's little stiffer and lower too. but both very very stiff when the shocks are adjustated to stiff

"This has been discussed ad nauseum"

Not much left tos ay..there are at LEAST 2 threads titled "s. tech and AGX" that aren't more than 2 months old that I can recall...everything and more is in those.

suffice to say, its a good setup....looks nice, decent drop..better feeling than stock, without excessive harshness...

but like SD(much love!) like linear rate springs..noe correction(a common mis-conception) the S_techs are progressive, they start a bit softer than their lsited spring rate.. :/ TEIN wont tell you that unless you call them though....accodring to them, its a small progression(not as bad as eibach, etc)

and yes, ditch the sportlines.-chet
