I recently purchased the s-tech springs for my '90 300zx and i read they were for oem and oem replacement shocks. After i installed them with my replacement shocks it actually raised the car up about an inch or two higher than the factory ones, has anyone raninto this issue? the teins are legit and not fakes, even contacted tein about the issue and they told me to preload them and it should start settling but nothing has budged!

Your old shocks and springs were probably worn over the 20 years. So I wouldnt expect much of a difference in height after they settle.

thats what i was kind of thinking, i have 245/40 r18's on my car now and i had about a "two finger" gap between the tires and fenders front and rear before i changed everything out, now its three in the front and four in the rear, not trying to seem hard headed or anything because any advice helps lol. i just cant see why it would sit up that high even with new springs because it didn't drop instantly like some springs do.
