So I emailed Tein to find out if they offer springs in Japan for the Y33 Cima / 2nd gen Q, and indeed they do. They said it's a special order part for the U.S. but we can get them.

Here are the specs:Tein S.TechPart number: SKN76-M1B00Spring rates: front 2.6 kgf/mm, rear 2.5 kgf/mmDrop rates: front -46 mm, rear -45 mmMSRP: $160.00

You would need to find an authorized Tein dealer and give them the part # to get these springs.

I also saw some RSR and Espelir springs on Yahoo! Japan auctions as well as some New SR Special shocks/struts.

Good news! I've never heard of them- what kind of rep do they have? Now if we only had Tokico blues....

Tein are one of the top spring co's in Japan and every "Import Tuner" in the U.S. lusts after them. They offer full coil overs with EDFC (electronic damping force controller) so you can adjust the compression and rebound from inside the cabin (not for the Q however).

The New SR Special shocks avail in Jpn. should be as good as the Tokico Blues (< I ran the blues in my Si and they are in my wife's Accord Wagon, good shocks).

No idea about the G50 parts, but I bet that they do since they are a Japanese company and VIP cars are popular to hook up in Jpn. Look on http://www.tein.com/ and if you can't find them, send them an email with your question.

Tein is juss as good as JIC. But i know there's better springs out there for the Q's. I can't think of much right now. I think my dad has them on his Website.

This is definately GREAT news for me since I just dropped mine one week ago 's with Eibach (25mm drop) with brand new shocks and struts all around. haha:( . Anyway, hope it's available so it will be my next set of springs.

I do some graphic design for a shop locally that is a Tein dealer so I'm going to barter for some S-Tech's, installation and alignment. The only springs I could find for the 2g Q were the Eibach (1" drop) and Intrax (2" drop). I was gonna get the Eibachs based on their quality, but wanted lower than 1" drop. So I'm leaning to the Teins.

Someone had asked about the G50 so I answered as best I could, but they deleted their post I guess.

Zinkie, for the prices for shocks and springs on the Impul website, are they the prices for each or for a pair? I see the "/1" but not sure about that.
