I'm finally ready to order a set of springs for my m45. Now I'm stuck to which one to buy. I want to go as low as possible without needing to buy anything extra to fix the alignment and I don't want to worry to much on dips or bumps on the road but I do want a nice luxury look and feel along with the comfort level being the same but with more responsive and safe feel. I also don't want any issues when putting on my new set of wheels that will be 20inches instead of my stocks which were 18s. So out of the two Tein springs I'm looking at, which one would you guys go for? Also another thing to keep in mind is when I do drive the car I usually well not usually but Always have my wife and my two boys in the car, I just thought I'd put that out there for those concern about weight :gotme . Anyway I look forward to making my decision soon and I hope you guys can help me out. I'm aware that the two springs are only made for the M35 but I was also told that they will fit with no problem on M45s :dblthumb:

Good Night,
Jeff

Initially I was going to say Eibach but after reading all your requirements and concerns for your drop I had to withdraw my opinion... I really don't know, I usually ride alone or with a whith one more passenger when going out..occasionally I'll ride with wife and three kids (2,9and13yr olds) without a problem....but goodluck with your drop anyhow! I totally love the way mine has turned out!!

H-techs are more conservative; the S-Techs are definitely a sportier option, as it drops lower than the H-techs.

I think you'll be satisfied with the H-techs...subtle drop but noticeable handling improvement.

I also didn't want a drastic drop so the H-techs were a great fit for me and my lifestyle. sportier look and great handling...

now with a M45, not sure about the add'l weight from the engine...the S-techs may drop even more...

I have the M35 and have no issues with rubbing when I had my spacers on either...

I went with S-techs on mine just because I wanted a more drastic drop, but I do scrap a lot with people in the car so I guess it just depends on what you want

Yea, I think H-Techs are the way to go for me, but your car looks great. Do you have any camber issues, or do you have some sort of camber kit?

I do not have a camber kit, although I do need to get one because if I have a lot of people in my car there will be some rubbing and I wear out the tires too fast. That is on the list of many things to do with the car lol.

Anyone have any experience H techs on an X model? Have seen people get them but never said anything about after they have it installed.
