Anyone Interested in TEIN fully adjustable pillow ball tension rods for the G50 Q's? I have a set in stock. They will work & they will probably last a life time! Let me know...-Joe

How much do they cost?

What advantages and disadvantages do they have over using factory parts, other than possible longevity?

C'mon Joe can't you post a couple of blueprints of those? I'll give you $10.00.

Can I ask what advantage these have over stock??? besides longevity?

$192 would buy about 6 stock bushings, and even more poly bushings.....

The ability to set the caster is pretty important, especially in a car that might have bumped a few things and bent the front mounts a bit.

I would be interested, but I'd be afraid of loosing the damping from those big front bushings... too bad they don't make adjustable links with the bushings.

I share the same concerns as Heath. It would be interesting to see the front bushings in comparison to the stock silicon filled ones or even the Nismo polyurethane ones I have.

Aftermarket tension rods like those give you improved steering feel and suspension response, in addition to allowing you to adjust caster (or in the case of a lot of older cars with worn out/leaking stock bushings, they will restore caster). They definitely do transmit a lot more road feel and vibration though, due to the heim joint-type rod ends, but I personally don't think it's that bad of a tradeoff in a car that already does a pretty good job of muting out all extraneous road vibrations and noise. If anything, most all stock Qs' stock tc rods are already in such rough shape that upgrading to such aftermarket units will only be an improvement
